Le Comité des ministres du Conseil de l'Europe, en application de l'article 46, paragraphe 2, de la Convention européenne des droits de l'homme, supervise l'exécution d'un arrêt final rendu par la Cour européenne des droits de l'homme dans une affaire opposant un requérant à l'État ukrainien. La Cour a constaté une violation des droits du requérant. L'État ukrainien a été invité à adopter des mesures individuelles pour mettre fin à la violation et en effacer les conséquences, ainsi que des mesures générales pour prévenir des violations similaires. Un rapport d'action a été examiné, incluant le paiement de la satisfaction équitable allouée par la Cour.
Procédure
La procédure relève du mécanisme de suivi des arrêts de la Cour européenne des droits de l'homme par le Comité des ministres. L'État ukrainien a transmis un rapport sur les mesures prises pour se conformer à l'arrêt. Le Comité a examiné ce rapport et vérifié que toutes les mesures requises par l'article 46, paragraphe 1, de la Convention ont été adoptées.
