In particular, the applicants, as co-heirs, complain, under Article 1 of Protocol No. 1, that the “greatly inadequate official valuation” of the real estate in question, as the basis for the subsequently reduced compensation awarded to them, amounted to a breach of their rights guaranteed by this provision. QUESTION TO THE PARTIES Has there been a violation of Article 1 of Protocol No.   1 in the present case?
