IAFaits
Le Comité des Ministres a examiné l'exécution de la décision de la Cour européenne des droits de l'homme Daugaard Sorensen contre le Danemark. Le Comité a constaté que les autorités du Danemark avaient commis des erreurs qui avaient conduit à la retrait de charges contre l'accusé d'agression sexuelle de la requérante. Le Comité a également constaté que le Danemark avait adopté des mesures individuelles et générales pour mettre fin aux violations établies et prévenir de telles violations à l'avenir.
