.sDD6737AE { font-size:11pt } .s211D6B00 { margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:0pt; line-height:normal; widows:0; orphans:0; font-size:8.5pt } .sBB9EE52A { font-family:Arial }      The Committee of Ministers, under the terms of Article 32 (art. 32) of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (hereinafter referred to as "the Convention"),        Having regard to the report drawn up by the European Commission of Human Rights in accordance with Article 31 (art. 31) of the Convention relating to the application lodged on 27 July 1984 by Mr Giacomo Sallustio against Italy (Application No. 11181/84);        Having regard to Resolution DH(89)1 of 18 January 1989 concerning the present case;        Recalling that it had decided that there had been in this case a violation of Article 6, paragraph 1 (art. 6-1), of the Convention because of the excessive length of criminal proceedings instituted against the applicant;        Recalling that, after examination of the Commission's proposals as to just satisfaction for the applicant, it had recommended the Government of Italy to pay to the applicant by way of just satisfaction the sum of twelve million Italian lire;        Having been informed by the Government of Italy of the fact that no payment had taken place and having regard to its decision of 6 June 1991 setting, according to Article 32, paragraph 2 (art. 32-2), of the Convention, a time limit of three months for the Italian Government to pay the sum due to the applicant by way of just satisfaction;        Finding that the Government of Italy still has not paid the sum it had agreed to pay following the recommendation of the Committee of Ministers,        Decides to strongly urge the Government of Italy to proceed without delay to the payment of the sum of twelve million lire to the applicant;        And accordingly decides, if need be, to resume consideration of the present case at each of its forthcoming meetings.    Citations
