.sDD6737AE { font-size:11pt } .s211D6B00 { margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:0pt; line-height:normal; widows:0; orphans:0; font-size:8.5pt } .sBB9EE52A { font-family:Arial }       The Committee of Ministers,        Having regard to the request formulated by the Government of Sweden that the report of the European Commission of Human Rights in this case and the Committee's decision under Article 32, paragraph 1 (art. 32-1), of the Convention be made public,        Decides to make public the above-mentioned report of the Commission as well as its decision, rendered at the Deputies' 519th meeting (held on 19 and 20 October 1994), that there has been in this case a violation of Article 8 (art. 8) of the Convention on account of the restrictions to the applicant's right to visit her son, that there has been a violation of Article 6, paragraph 1 (art. 6-1) of the Convention, and that there has been no violation of Article 8 (art. 8) of the Convention on account of the conditions during the applicant's visits to her son;        Decides to pursue the examination of the present case in accordance with Article 32 (art. 32) of the Convention.
