Hungary (communicated case) - 45069/05   Article 14 Discrimination Deduction from pension of statutory contribution towards the costs of prisoner’s maintenance: communicated   The applicant, a pensioner, has been serving a prison sentence since 1999. In line with the domestic law, the prison authorities deduct from his pension, which he receives directly in prison, a statutory contribution to the costs of his maintenance there.
