Greece - 53401/99 Judgment 10.4.2003 [Section I] Article 13 Effective remedy Lack of effective remedy in respect of excessive length of court proceedings: violation The case concerned the length of civil proceedings (almost 15 years). The Court concluded unanimously that there had been a violation of Article 6 § 1.
