He was transferred to the Lepoglava State Prison in March 2000 and has been serving his sentence there since. He complains of the allegedly appalling conditions of his detention in that prison. He also claims that the prison authorities prevented him from contacting his lawyer and that there were no effective remedies in respect of his complaint concerning prison conditions. Admissible under Articles 3, 8 (correspondence) and 13.
