France (application no. 8112/02) The applicant, Marino de Luca, is an Italian national born in 1955 and living in Gorizia, (Italy).   He complains under Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing) of the European Convention on Human Rights.   Saint-Adam and Millot v. France (no. 72038/01) The applicants Jean-Patrick Saint-Adam and Edwige Milot are French nationals, born in 1950 and 1965 respectively, who live in Paris.   They complain in particular under Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing) of the Convention.   Aydın Tatlav v. Turkey (no. 50692/99) The applicant, Erdoğan Aydın Tatlav, is a Turkish national, born in 1957 and living in Istanbul.   He complains under Articles 10 (freedom of expression) and 6 (right to a fair hearing).   Halit Çelebi v. Turkey (no. 54182/00) The applicant, Halit Çelebi, is a Turkish national, born in 1940 and living in Istanbul.   He complains about the killing of his son under Articles 2 (right to life) and 13 (right to an effective remedy).     Wednesday 3 May 2006   Vasko Yordanov Dimitrov v. Bulgaria (no. 50401/99) The applicant, Vasko Yordanov Dimitrov, is a Bulgarian national, born in 1966, who lives in Plovdiv (Bulgaria).   He complains under Articles 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing) and 13 (right to an effective remedy).   Thursday 4 May 2006   Examiliotis v. Greece (No. 2) (no. 28340/02) The applicant, Dimitrios Examiliotis, is a Greek national, born in 1936 and living in Athens.   He complains under Article 6 § 1 (access to court).   Kadiķis v. Latvia (No. 2) (no. 62393/00) The applicant, Arnis Kadiķis, is a Latvian national, born in 1953 and living in Alsunga (Latvia).   He complains about his detention under Articles 3 (prohibition of inhuman or degrading treatment) and 13 (right to an effective remedy).   Ambruszkiewicz v. Poland (no. 38797/03) The applicant, Stanisław Ambruszkiewicz, is a Polish national, born in 1961 and living in Szczecinek (Poland).   He complains under Article 5 § 1 c) (right to liberty and security).   Celejewski v. Poland (no. 17584/04) Dudek v. Poland (no. 633/03) Miskurka v. Poland (no. 39437/03) Michta v. Poland (no. 13425/02) The applicants, Włodzimierz Celejewski, Bolesław Dudek, Cezary Miszkurka and Sebastian Michta are all Polish nationals who were born in 1963, 1959, 1968 and 1976 respectively. Mr Celejewski is currently detained in Częstochowa Detention Centre. Mr Dudek lives in Hamburg (Germany), Mr Miskurka lives in Lublin (Poland) and Mr Michta lives in Gliwice (Poland).   They all complain under Article 5 § 3 (right to liberty and security). Mr Michta also relies on Article 8 (right to respect for correspondence).   Akkurt v. Turkey (no. 47938/99) Saygılı v. Turkey (no. 57916/00) The applicants, Ali Akkurt and Ali Haydar Saygılı, are Turkish nationals, born in 1959 and 1973 respectively and living in Istanbul.   They complain under Articles 3 (prohibition of inhuman or degrading treatment) and 13 (right to an effective remedy).   Alinak and Others v. Turkey (no. 34520/97) Ergin v. Turkey (No. 6) (no. 47533/99) The applicants are Mahmut Alınak, Sedat Yurttaş, Sırrı Sakık et Ahmet Türk, all Turkish nationals born in 1952, 1961, 1942 et 1957 respectively and living in Ankara. Ahmet Ergin, is a Turkish national, born in 1973 and living in Istanbul   They applicants all complain under Articles 10 (freedom of expression) and 6 (right to a fair hearing).   Maçin v. Turkey (no. 52083/99) Mehmet Ertuğrul Yilmaz and Others v. Turkey (no. 41676/98) Rüzgar v. Turkey (no. 59246/00) The applicants, all Turkish nationals complain in particular about their detention under Article 5 (right to liberty and security).   Length-of-proceedings cases   In the following five cases the applicants complain of the excessive length of civil or administrative proceedings.   Shacolas v.
