Finland (application no. 43803/98) The applicants, Teuvo Eskelinen, Juha Ruhanen, Timo Kiljunen and Jorma Vesterinen, are Finnish nationals who were born in 1943,   1956, 1958 and 1944, respectively, and live in Lappeenranta (Finland).   They rely on Article 6 §§ 1 (right to a fair trial) and 3 (d) (right to examine witnesses) of the European Convention on Human Rights.   Stornaiuolo v. Italy (no. 52980/99) The applicants, Andrea, Anna and Antonio Stornaiuolo, are Italian nationals who were born in 1939, 1937, 1947, respectively, and live in Naples.   They rely on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing within a reasonable time) and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property) to the Convention.   Ermicev v. Moldova (no. 42288/02) The applicant, Alexandru Ermicev, is a Moldovan national who was born in 1960 and lives in Chişinău (Moldova).   He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing) and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property).   Cabała v. Poland (no. 23042/02) Cegłowski v. Poland (no. 3489/03) The applicants, Krzysztof Cabała and Krsysztof Cegłowski, are Polish nationals who were born in 1951 and 1969, respectively. Mr Cabała lives in Siemianowice (Poland) and Mr   Cegłowski lives in Lubin (Poland).   They rely on Article 5 § 3 (right to liberty and security), Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial) and Article 8 (right to respect for correspondence). D.A. and B.Y. v. Turkey (no. 45736/99) The applicants, D.A. and B.Y., are Turkish nationals who were born in 1953 and 1968, respectively. When the application was lodged with the Court the applicants were both detained in prison in İzmir (Turkey).   They rely on Article 3 (prohibition of torture) and Article 5 § 3 (right to be brought promptly before a judge).   Dağ v. Turkey (no. 74939/01) The applicant, İsmet Dağ, is a Turkish national who was born in 1965 and lives in Turkey.   He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial within a reasonable time).   H.M. v. Turkey (no. 34494/97) The applicant, H.M., is a Turkish national who was born in 1958 and lives in İzmir (Turkey). At the time of the events, he was a teacher and one of the leaders of the local branch of the union of employees of State education, Eğitim-Sen .   He complains about being the victim of an unauthorised police search, relying on Article 8 (right to respect for private and family life and correspondence).   Hüseyin Esen v. Turkey (no. 49048/99) The applicant, Hüseyin Esen, is a Turkish national who was born in 1967 and lives in Ankara. He was arrested and held in detention in September 1996 on suspicion of belonging to an armed illegal organisation, the MLKP (Marxist-Leninist Communist Party).   He relies on Articles 3 (prohibition of torture), 13 (right to an effective remedy), 5 (right to liberty and security) and Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial within a reasonable time).   Mahmut Yılmaz and Others v. Turkey (no. 47278/99) The applicants are seven Turkish nationals. At the time of the events, they all lived in Ankara.   They rely on Article 3 (prohibition of torture) and Article 6 (right to a fair trial).     Length-of-proceedings cases   In the following cases the applicants complain of the excessive length of civil proceedings.   Sitarski v. Poland (no. 71068/01) Mustafa Türkoğlu v. Turkey (no. 58922/00)     Thursday 10 August 2006   Dobrev v. Bulgaria (no. 55389/00) Yordanov v. Bulgaria (no. 56856/00) The applicants, Radoslav Veselinov Dobrev and Nickolay Dobromirov Yordanov, are Bulgarian nationals who were born in 1978 and 1969, respectively. Mr Dobrev lives in Varna (Bulgaria) and Mr Yordanov lives in Pazardjik (Bulgaria).   Both the applicants complain about their detention conditions. They relied on Articles 3 (prohibition of inhuman or degrading treatment), 8 (right to respect for private life), 5 (right to liberty and security) and 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial). Mr Dobrev also relies on Article 13 (right to an effective remedy).   Padalov v. Bulgaria (no. 54784/00) The applicant, Emil Simeonov Padalov, is a Bulgarian national who was born in 1965 and lives in Assenovgrad (Bulgaria).   He relies on Article 6 (right to a fair trial).   Toshev v. Bulgaria (no. 56308/00) The applicant, Dimitar Ermenkov Toshev, is a Bulgarian national who was born in 1956 and lives in Sofia.   He relies on Articles 5 (right to liberty and security) and 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial within a reasonable time).   Yanakiev v. Bulgaria (no. 40476/98) The applicant, Konstantin Argirov Yanakiev, is a Bulgarian national who was born in 1944 and lives in Varna (Bulgaria).   He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing), Article 13 (right to an effective remedy), Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property) and Article 14 (prohibition of discrimination).   Schwarzenberger v. Germany (no. 75737/01) The applicant, Peter Roland Schwarzenberger, is a German national who was born in 1957 and is at present serving a prison sentence in Bruchsal (Germany).   He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial).   Gerogiannakis v. Greece (no. 30173/03) The applicants, Pantelis and Charalampos Georgiannakis, are Greek nationals who were born in 1952 and 1950, respectively, and live in Rethymno (Greece).   They rely on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial within a reasonable time).   Olaechea Cahuas v. Spain (no. 24668/03) The applicant, Adolfo Héctor Olaechea Cahuas, is a Peruvian national who was born in 1944 and lives in Peru. Suspected of being a member of a terrorist organisation, the applicant was arrested in Spain in July 2003. He was sent back to Peru in August 2003 despite the fact atht the European Court adopted provisional measures requesting the Spanish Government not to extradite him. He relies on Article 3 (prohibition of inhuman or degrading treatment), Article 5 § 1 (right to liberty and security), Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial) and Article 34 (right of individual petition).   Erin v. Turkey (no. 71342/01) The applicant, Mehmet Salih Erin, is a Turkish national who was born in 1962 and lives in İzmir (Turkey).   He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial within a reasonable time).   Lyashko v. Ukraine (no. 21040/02) The applicant, Oleg Valeriyovych Lyashko, is a Ukrainian national who was born in 1972 and lives in Kiev.   He relies on Article 10 (freedom of expression).     Repetitive cases   Acun and Yumak v. Turkey (no. 67112/01) Kir and Others v. Turkey (no. 67145/01) Mehmet Ali Gündüz v. Turkey (no. 27633/02)   The applicants, who are Turkish nationals, all rely on Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property) to the Convention. The applicants in the case of Kir and Others also rely on Article 6 § 1 (length of civil proceedings).   Aistov v. Ukraine (no. 1743/04) Andrusenko and Others v. Ukraine (no. 41073/02) Chernysheva v. Ukraine (no. 22591/04) Grisha v. Ukraine (no. 1535/03) Gubenko v. Ukraine (no. 22924/02) Karpenko v. Ukraine (no. 10559/03) Kirilo v. Ukraine (no. 19037/03) Kretinin v. Ukraine (no. 10515/03) Mizina v. Ukraine (no. 28181/04) Yavorskaya v. Ukraine (no. 20745/02)   The applicants are all Ukrainian nationals. They all rely on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing).
