France (application no. 2078/04) The applicant, Charles Cretello, is a French national who was born in 1952 and is currently detained at Mulhouse Prison (France).   He relies on Article 5 § 3 (right to liberty and security) of the European Convention on Human Rights.   Jagiełło v. Poland (no. 59738/00) The applicant, January Jagiełło, is a Polish national who was born in 1936 and lives in Warsaw.   He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial within a reasonable time) of the Convention.   Kozłowski v. Poland (no. 23779/02) The applicant, Antoni Kozłowski, is a Polish national who was born in 1954 and lives in Niechorze (Poland).   He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing).   Almeida Azevedo v. Portugal (no. 43924/02) The applicant, Elísio de Almeida Azevedo, is a Portuguese national who was born in 1930 and lives in Arouca (Portugal).   He relies on Article 10 (freedom of expression).   Lilja v. Sweden (no. 36689/02) The applicant, Lasse Lilja, is a Swedish national who was born in 1948 and lives in Norsborg (Sweden).   He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial within a reasonable time).   Çardakçı and Others v. Turkey (no. 39224/98) The applicants, Nafiye Çardakçı, Saniye Çardakçı, Atifet Çardakçı and Harun Çardakçı, are Turkish nationals who were born in 1950, 1974, 1977 and 1978 respectively and live in Hakkari (Turkey).   They rely on Articles 2 (right to life), 8 (right to respect for private and family life), Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property) and Article 13 (right to an effective remedy).   Çetinkaya and Çağlayan v. Turkey (nos. 3921/02, 35003/02 and 17261/03) The applicants, Fahriye Çetinkaya and Akın Çağlayan, are Turkish nationals who were born in 1978 and 1980 respectively, and live in Istanbul.   They rely on Articles 3 (prohibition of inhuman or degrading treatment), 13 (right to an effective remedy) and 5 § 3 (right to be brought promptly before a judge), 5 § 4 (right to have lawfulness of detention decided speedily by a court) and 5 §5 (right to liberty and security).   Falakaoğlu and Saygılı v. Turkey (No. 3) (nos. 22147/02 and 24972/03) Falakaoğlu v. Turkey (No. 3) (no. 16229/03) The applicants, Bülent Falakaoğlu and Fevzi Saygılı, are Turkish nationals who were born in 1974 and 1966 respectively and live in Istanbul.   They rely on Articles 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial) and 10 (freedom of expression).   Kepeneklioğlu v. Turkey (no 73520/01) The applicant, Adem Kepeneklioğlu, is a Turkish national who was born in 1954 and lives in Adana (Turkey).   He relies on Article 8 (right to respect for private and family life).   Kondu v. Turkey (no. 75694/01) The applicant, Mahfuz Kondu, is a Turkish national who was born in 1977 and lives in Batman (Turkey).   He relies on Article 3 (prohibition of inhuman or degrading treatment) and Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial).     Repetitive cases   Kurt and Others v. In the case of Kurt and Others , the applicants also rely on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing within a reasonable time).       Kutbettin Baran v. Turkey (no. 46777/99) The applicant, Kutbettin Baran, is a Turkish national who was born in 1973 and lives in Diyarbakır (Turkey).   He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial).     Length-of-proceedings case   In the following case the applicant complains of the excessive length of administrative proceedings.   Rodoplu v. Turkey (no. 41665/02)     Thursday 25 January 2007   Arbeiter v. Austria (no. 3138/04) The applicant, Gebhard Arbeiter, is an Austrian national who was born in 1944 and lives in Klagenfurt (Austria).   He relies on Article 10 (freedom of expression).   Eski v. Austria (no. 21949/03) The applicant, Refet Eski, is an Austrian national who was born in 1963 and lives in Vienna.   He relies on Article 8 (right to respect for private and family life).   Hesse v. Austria (no. 26186/02) The applicant, Heinz-Dieter Hesse, is a German national who was born in 1943 and is currently living in Germany.   He relies on Article 5 §§ 1 (right to liberty and security) and 3 (right to be brought promptly before a judge).   Vereinigung Bildender Künstler v. Austria (no. 68354/01) The applicant, Vereinigung Bildender Kunstler Wiener Secession, is an association of artists based in Vienna.   The applicant association relies on Article 10 (freedom of expression).   Aon Conseil et Courtage S.A. and (One) Other v. France (no. 70160/01) The applicants, Aon Conseil et Courtage S.A. and Christian de Clarens S.A., are French companies, based in Paris.   They rely on Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property).   Aja International Trade B.V. v. Greece (no. 22879/02) The applicant, Aja International Trade B.V., is a company registered under Dutch law, with its headquarters in Alsmeer (Netherlands).   It relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing within a reasonable time) and Article 13 (right to an effective remedy).   Rompoti & Rompotis v. Greece (no. 14263/04) The applicants, Chrissanthi Rompoti and Alexandros Rompotis, are Greek nationals who live in Athens.   They rely on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing)   Iorga v. Romania (no. 4227/02) The applicant, Dumitru Iorga, was born in 1915 and lived in Bucarest until his death on 19   January 2005. His widow and daughter pursued the application in his place.   They rely on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing) and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property).   Sissanis v. Romania (no. 23468/02) The applicant, Nikolaos Sissanis, is a Greek national who was born in 1952 and lives in Roznov (Romania).   He relies on Article 2 § 2 of Protocol No. 4 (freedom of movement) and Article 6 § 2 (presumption of innocence).     Repetitive cases   Morea v. Italy (no. 69269/01) The applicants, Mario Morea, Cesare Morea and Paola Morea, are Italian nationals who were born in 1944, 1928 and 1930 respectively and live in Mottola and Putignano (Italy) respectively.   They rely on Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property) and Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing).   Negoita v. Romania (no. 986/04) The applicant, Constantin Virgil Negoita, is a Romanian national who was born in 1936 and lives in New York.   He relies on Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property).   Belyayev v. Russia (no. 24620/02) Denisov v. Russia (no. 21823/03) Makarov v. Russia (no. 21074/03) The three applicants are Russian nationals.   They all rely on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing) and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property).
