Poland (application no. 19583/05) The applicant, Piotr Ryckie, is a Polish national who was born in 1972 and lives in Gdansk (Poland).   The applicant relies, in particular, on Article 5 § 3 (right to be brought promptly before a judge) of the European Convention on Human Rights.   Pavlík v. Slovakia (no. 74827/01) The applicant, Dušan Pavlík, is a Slovakian national who was born in 1963 and lives in Zvolen (Slovakia).   He relies on Article 5 § 1 (right to liberty and security) and Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial within a reasonable time) of the Convention.   Çobanoğlu and Budak v. Turkey (no. 45977/99) The applicants, Lokman Çobanoğlu and Ferhat Budak, are Turkish nationals who were born in 1977 and live in Hakkari (Turkey)   They rely on Article 5 § 3 (right to liberty and security) and Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial within a reasonable time).   Ekinci and Akalın v. Turkey (no. 77097/01) The applicants, Esmahan Ekinci and Fatime Akalın, are Turkish nationals who were born in 1957 and 1968 respectively. When the application was lodged with the Court, they were detained in Niğde Prison (Turkey).   They rely on Articles 8 (right to respect for private and family life), 6 (right to a fair trial) and   13 (right to an effective remedy).   Kazım Gündoğan v. Turkey (no. 29/02) The applicant, Kazım Gündoğan, is a Turkish national who was born in 1963 and lives in Tekirdağ (Turkey).   Relying on Articles 3 (prohibition of inhuman or degrading treatment) and 13 (right to an effective remedy), the applicant alleges that he was ill-treated at Tekirdağ Prison and complains of the lack of an effective investigation concerning the ill-treatment.   Yumak and Sadak v. Turkey (no. 10226/03) The applicants, Mehmet Yumak and Resul Sadak, are Turkish nationals who were born in 1962 and 1959 respectively and live in Şırnak (Turkey). The application concerns Turkish electoral law, according to which a party must obtain at least 10% of the national vote in parliamentary elections in order to win seats in the National Assembly. The applicants rely on Article 3 of Protocol No. 1 (right to free elections).     Repetitive cases   Aslan and Özsoy v. Turkey (nos. 35973/02 and 5317/02) The applicants, Refik Aslan and Ali Fuat Özsoy, are Turkish nationals who were born in 1965 and 1936 respectively and live in Hatay (Turkey).   They rely on Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property).   Length-of-proceedings cases   In the following cases the applicants complain of the excessive length of civil proceedings.   Boczoń v. Azerbaijan (no. 44363/02) The applicants, Nabat Ramazanova, Emin Zeynalov, Zarifa Ganbarova and Eldar Alizadeh, are Azerbaijani nationals who were born in 1947, 1949, 1952 and 1947 respectively and live in Baku (Azerbaijan).   They rely on Article 11 (freedom of assembly and association), Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing) and Article 13 (right to an effective remedy).   Paljic v. Germany (no. 78041/01) The applicant, Milos Paljic, at that time a citizen of the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro, was born in 1952 and lives in Blaichach (Germany).   He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial).   Nazarenko v. Latvia (no. 76843/01) The applicant, Eduards Nazarenko, is a Latvian national who was born in 1968 and lives in Riga.   He relies on Articles 5 (right to liberty and security), 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial within a reasonable time) and 8 (right to respect for private and family life).   Vogins v. Latvia (no. 3992/02) The applicant, Igors Vogins, is a Latvian national who was born in 1974 and lives in Iecava (Latvia).   He relies on Articles 5 § 3 (right to liberty and security) and 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial within a reasonable time).   Nerumberg v. Romania (no. 2726/02) The applicants, Herman   Nerumberg, and his daughter, Irene Nerumberg, are Romanian nationals who were born in 1905 and 1955 respectively and live in Piteşti (Romania).   They rely on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing) and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property).     Repetitive cases   Bragina v.
