Poland (application no. 43120/05) The applicant, Andrzej Andrulewicz, is a Polish national who was born in 1969 and lives in Suwałki (Poland).   He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing) and Article 8 (right to respect for correspondence) of the European Convention on Human Rights.   Tereszczenko v. Poland (no. 37326/04) The applicant, Wlodzimierz Tereszczenko, is a Polish national who was born in 1956 and lives in Warsaw.   He relies on Articles 5 (right to liberty and security), 3 (prohibition of inhuman or degrading treatment) and 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial within a reasonable time).   Ari and Others v. Moldova (no. 39745/02) The applicant, Cooperativa Agricola Slobozia-Hanesei, is a Moldovan company registered in Moldova.   The applicant relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing) and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property).   Baştımar and Others v. Turkey (no. 27709/02) The applicants, Şemsettin Baştımar, Şükrü Demirtaş, Ali Şahindal, Kenan Aygören and Tekin Gencer, are Turkish nationals who were born in 1969, 1967, 1972, 1971 and 1971 respectively.   They rely on Article 6 (right to a fair hearing).   Necip Kendirci and Others v. Hungary (no. 12941/05)     Thursday 5 April 2007   Todor Todorov v. Bulgaria (no. 50765/99) The applicant, Todor Delchev Todorov, is a Bulgarian national who was born in 1966 and lives in Gelemenovo (Bulgaria).   The applicant complains, in particular, of the conditions of his detention. He relies on Articles 3 (prohibition of inhuman and degrading treatment) and 5 (right to liberty and security).   Nastou v. Greece (No. 2) (no. 16163/02)   Just satisfaction The seven applicants, Maria Nastou, Alexandra Nastou, Styliani Al. Nastou, Constantina Al. Nastou, Heleni Nastou, Styliani I. Nastou and Constantinos Nastos, are all Greek nationals.   In a judgment of 15 July 2005 the European Court of Human Rights held unanimously that there had been a violation of Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property), Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing within a reasonable time) and Article 13 (right to an effective remedy).   Laghouati and Others v. Luxembourg (no. 33747/02) The eight applicants are Algerian and French nationals who live in Fameck, Terville, Thionville and Briey (France).   They rely on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing within a reasonable time) and Article 13 (right to an effective remedy).   Church of Scientology Moscow v. Russia (no. 18147/02) The applicant, the Church of Scientology of the city of Moscow, was officially registered as a religious association having legal-entity status on 25 January 1994.   The applicant association complains that it was arbitrarily stripped of its legal-entity status as a result of the refusal to re-register it as a religious organisation. It relies on Articles   9 (freedom of thought, conscience and religion), 10 (freedom of expression), 11 (freedom of assembly and association) and 14 (prohibition of discrimination).   Baysayeva v. Russia (no. 74237/01) The applicant, Asmart Magomedovna Baysayeva, is a Russian national who was born in 1958 and lives in Pobedinskoye (Chechnya).   The applicant alleges in particular that her husband was unlawfully killed by agents of the State in March 2000 and that the authorities failed to carry out an effective and adequate investigation into the circumstances of his disappearance. She relies on Articles 2 (right to life), 3 (prohibition of inhuman or degrading treatment), 5 (right to liberty and security), 6 (right to a fair hearing) and 13 (right to an effective remedy), 34 (right of individual petition) and 38 § 1 (a) (obligation to furnish necessary facilities for the examination of the case).   Stoimenov v. “the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia” (no. 17995/02) The applicant, Jordan Stoimenov, is a citizen of “the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia” who was born in 1963 and lives in Vinica. He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial).   Kavakçi v. Turkey (no. 71907/01) Sılay v. Turkey (no. 8691/02) Ilıcak v. Turkey (no. 15394/02) Merve Safa Kavakçi, Mehmet Silay and Nazlı Ilıcak are Turkish nationals who were born in 1968, 1949 and 1944 respectively and live in Ankara, with the exception of Ms Ilıcak, who lives in Istanbul. They are former members of the Turkish Grand National Assembly and members of Fazilet Partisi (the Virtue Party).   The applicants submit that the dissolution of Fazilet infringed Article 3 of Protocol No. 1 (right to free elections). Furthermore, in the cases of Silay and Ilıcak the applicants rely on Articles 10 (freedom of expression) and 11 (freedom of assembly and association); Ms Ilıcak also relies on Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property); and in Kavakçi the applicant relies on Articles 9 (freedom of thought, conscience and religion) and 14 (prohibition of discrimination).   Repetitive cases   Novković v. Croatia (no. 43437/02) The applicants, Milan Novković and Ivanka Novković, are Croatian nationals who were born in 1952 and 1951 respectively and live in Karlovac (Croatia).   They rely on Articles 6 § 1 (right of access to a court) and 13 (right to an effective remedy).   Aleksandr Popov v. Russia (no. 38720/03) Furman v. Russia (no. 5945/04) Khvorostina and Others v. Russia (no. 20098/03) Donichenko v. Ukraine (no. 19855/03) The applicants are seven Russian nationals and one Ukrainian national.   They rely on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing).
