Finland (application no. 18358/02) The applicant, Marko Muttilainen, is a Finnish national who was born in 1971 and lives in Kylänpää (Finland).   He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial) and § 3 (d) (right to obtain attendance and examination of witnesses) of the European Convention on Human Rights.   Kaszczyniec v. Poland (no. 59526/00) The applicant, Leszek Kaszczyniec, is a Polish national who was born in 1951 and lives in Szczecin (Poland).   He relies on Article 5 § 3 (right to liberty and security) and Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial within a reasonable time).   Rojek v. Poland (no. 15969/06) The applicant, Daniel Rojek, is a Polish national who was born in 1973 and lives in Marki (Poland).   He relies on Article 5 § 3 (right to liberty and security).   Bülbül v. Turkey The applicant, Cumhur Kansiz, is a Turkish national who was born in 1945 and lives in Ankara (Turkey).   He relies on Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property) and Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing) and Article 13 (right to an effective remedy) of the Convention.   Haggan and McCavery v. United Kingdom (nos 63176/00 and 64984/01) McElroy and Others v. United Kingdom (nos 57646/00, 57946/00 and 60937/00) O’Connell and Others v. United Kingdom (nos 58370/00, 61781/00 and 62966/00) The applicants are eight United Kingdom nationals who complain that, because they were men, they were denied social security benefits equivalent to those received by widows.   They rely on Articles 8 (right to respect for private and family life), 14 (prohibition of discrimination) and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property).   Length-of-proceedings case   In the following case, the applicant, relying on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing within a reasonable time), complains in particular about the excessive length of (non-criminal) proceedings.   Toive Lehtinen v. Finland (no. 43160/98)     Thursday 24 May 2007   Da Luz Domingues Ferreira v. Belgium (no. 50049/99) The applicant, Ramiro Da Luz Domingues Ferreira, is a Portuguese national who was born in 1957 and lives in Belgium.   He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing).   Ivanov v. Bulgaria (no. 67189/01) The applicant, Ivan Angelov Ivanov, is a Bulgarian national who was born in 1958 and lives in Dobrich (Bulgaria).   He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing within a reasonable time).   Kuyumdzhiyan v. Bulgaria (no. 77147/01) The applicant, Rafi Hrant Kuyumdzhiyan, is a Bulgarian national who was born in 1944 and lives in Plovdiv (Bulgaria).   He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing within a reasonable time), Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property) and Article 13 (right to an effective remedy).   Navushtanov v. Bulgaria (no. 57847/00) The applicant, Ivan Radkov Navushtanov, is a Bulgarian national who was born in 1978 and lives in Velingrad (Bulgaria).   In October 1999 Mr Navushtanov was charged with a series of burglaries and detained on remand. He was subsequently convicted as charged and sentenced to two years’ imprisonment, suspended for a period of five years.   Relying on Article 3 (prohibition of inhuman or degrading treatment), he complains about the conditions of his detention in the Velingrad investigation detention facility and Pazardzhik prison. He also relies on Article 5 (right to liberty and security).   Zelilof v. Greece (no. 17060/03) The applicant, Dimitrios Zelilof, is a Greek national of Russian-Pontic origin. He was born in 1978 and lives in Salonika (Greece).   The application concerns an incident on 23 December 2001 when Mr Zelilof was arrested following his intervening in an identity check by the police on passengers of a car, who were known to the applicant.   Relying on Articles 3 (prohibition of inhuman or degrading treatment) and 13 (right to an effective remedy), Mr Zelilof complains that he was subjected to police brutality during his arrest, that the authorities failed to carry out a prompt and effective official investigation into the incident and that he had no effective domestic remedy for the harm he had suffered. He further alleges that that ill-treatment and the subsequent lack of an effective investigation was at least partly due to his ethnic origin, in breach of Article 14 (prohibition of discrimination).   Paudicio v. Italy (no. 77606/01) The applicant, Camillo Paudicio, is an Italian national who was born in 1962 and lives in Naples (Italy).   He relies on Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property) and Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing).   Dragotoniu and Militaru-Pidhorni v. Romania (nos 77193/01 and 77196/01) The applicants, Nicolae Dragatoniu and Ioan Militaru-Pidhorni, are Romanian nationals who were born in 1951 and 1948 respectively. They live in Timişoara (Romania).   They rely on Article 7 (no punishment without law).   Dunayev v. Russia (no. 70142/01) The applicant, Valentin Andreyevich Dunayev, is a Russian national who was born in 1938 and lives in the Tula Region (Russia).   He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing).   Gorodnitchev v. Russia (no. 52058/99) The applicant, Arkadii Petrovitch Gorodnitchev, is a Russian national who was born in 1965 and lives in Novosibirsk (Russia). He was arrested and placed in pre-trial detention in February 1995 on suspicion of theft and assault.   The applicant complains, in particular, that he was subjected at various points in his detention to treatment that was contrary to Article 3 (prohibition of torture and inhuman or degrading treatment) and that he was not tried within a reasonable time, in breach of Article 6 § 1   (right to a fair hearing within a reasonable time).   Ignatov v. Russia (no. 27193/02) The applicant, Mikhail Vyacheslavovich Ignatov, is a Russian national who was born in 1963 and lives in Moscow.   He relies, in particular, on Article 5 (right to liberty and security).   Mishketkul and Others v. Russia (no. 36911/02) The applicants, Sergey Aleksandrovich Mishketkul, Georgiy Aleksandrovich Georgobiani and Tatyana Ivanovna Turuntayeva are Russian nationals were born in 1977, 1975 and 1948, respectively. Mr Mishketkul and Mr Georgobiani live in Noginsk (Russia). Ms Turuntayeva lives in Moscow.   They first two applicants rely, in particular, on Article 5 (right to liberty and security). All three applicants further rely on Article 6 (right to fair trial within a reasonable time).   Pshevecherskiy v. Russia (no. 28957/02) The applicant, Yuriy Avgustovich Pshevecherskiy, is a Russian national who was born in 1967 and lives in Moscow.   He relies on Article 5 §§ 1 and 3 (right to liberty and security).   Radchikov v. Russia (no. 65582/01) The applicant, Valeriy Grigoriyevich Radchikov, was a Russian national who was born in 1956 and lived in Moscow. Following his death on 31 January 2001 his daughters decided to pursue the application.   They rely on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial) and Article 4 of Protocol No. 7 (right not to be tried or punished twice).   Tuleshov and Others v. Russia (no. 32718/02) The applicants are Russian nationals who live in Marx in the Saratov Region (Russia). They are Maksut Netkaliyevich Tuleshov and Aslganym Kalikovna Tuleshova, their two sons, Viktor Maksutovich Tuleshov and Sergey Maksutovich Tuleshov, and Kalik Isayev, Mrs   Tuleshova’s father.   They rely on Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property) and Article 8 (right to respect for private and family life).   Viktor Konovalov v. Russia (no. 43626/02) The applicant, Viktor Aleksandrovich Konovalov, is a Ukrainian national who was born in 1957 and lives in Moscow.   He relies on Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property).   Vladimir Solovyev v. Russia (no. 2708/02) The applicant, Vladimir Viktorovich Solovyev, is a Russian national who was born in 1957 and lives in Yekaterinburg (Russia).   He relies, in particular, on Article 5 §§ 1 (c), 3 and 4 (right to liberty and security) and Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial within a reasonable time).   Davut Miçooğulları v.
