Moldova (application no. 32263/03) The applicants are S.R.L. Tocono and the Profesorii Prometeişti Foundation, both based in Chişinău.   They rely on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing), Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property) and Article 11 (freedom of assembly and association) of the European Convention on Human Rights.   Tomić v. Serbia (no. 25959/06) The applicant, Slađana Tomić, is a Serbian national who was born in 1973 and lives in Smederevo (Serbia).   She relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing), Article 8 (right to respect for private and family life) and Article 13 (right to an effective remedy) of the Convention.   Akkılıç v. Turkey (no. 69913/01) The applicants, Fikri Akkılıç, Mevlüt Akkılıç and Abubekir Akkılıç, are Turkish nationals who were born in 1961, 1978 and 1956 respectively and live in Çermik (Turkey).   They rely on Article 5 (right to liberty and security).   Artun and Güvener v. Turkey (no. 7940/05) The applicant, Önder Çarkçı, is a Turkish national who was born in 1973 and is currently detained on remand in Kandıra Prison (Turkey).   He relies on Article 5 § 3 (right to liberty and security).   Çelik and Others v. Turkey (no. 74500/01) The six applicants are Turkish nationals who live in Tunceli (Turkey).   They rely on Article 6 (right to a fair hearing).   Davut Aslan v. Turkey (no. 21283/02) The applicant, Davut Aslan, is a Turkish national who was born in 1972. At the material time he was detained in Gaziantep Prison (Turkey).   He relies on Article 5 § 3 (right to liberty and security).   İnal v. Turkey (no.12624/02) The applicant, Ramazan İnal, is a Turkish national who was born in 1976 and lives in Diyarbakır (Turkey).   He relies on Article 5 (right to liberty and security).   İldan v. Turkey (no. 75603/01) The applicant, Ferda İldan, is a Turkish national who was born in 1972. She is currently detained in Midyat Prison (Turkey).   She relies, in particular, on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing within a reasonable time).   İzmirli v. Turkey (no. 30316/02) The applicant, Hilmi İzmirli, is a Turkish national who was born in 1953 and lives in Istanbul.   He relies, in particular, on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial within a reasonable time).   Kapan and Others v. Turkey (no. 71803/01) The applicants, Selman Kapan, Ekmel Uzunkaya and Abdullah Halas, are Turkish nationals who were born in 1958, 1961 and 1965 respectively. Turkey (no. 29100/03) The applicant, Mustafa Timur, is a Turkish national who was born in 1966 and lives in Van (Turkey). Turkey (no. 25321/02) The applicant, Muharrem Ülger, is a Turkish national who was born in 1955 and lives in Ankara.   He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing within a reasonable time), Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property) and Article 13 (right to an effective remedy).   Yedikule Surp Pırgiç Ermeni Hastanesi Vakfı v. Turkey (nos. 50147/99 and 51207/99) The applicant is a foundation under Turkish law established at the time of the Ottoman Empire. The rules governing it are in conformity with the provisions of the 1923 Treaty of Lausanne concerning the protection of former foundations providing public services for religious minorities.   The applicant foundation relies, in particular, on Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property) and Article 14 (prohibition of discrimination).   Repetitive cases   Belge v. Turkey (no. 6247/03) Yeniay v. Turkey (no. 14802/03) The applicants, Sadiye Kaymaz and Necdet Yeniay, are Turkish nationals who were born in 1977 and 1950 respectively and live in İzmir and Bursa (Turkey).   They rely on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing).   Kırancı v. Armenia (no. 36549/03) The applicant, Misha Harutyunyan, is an Armenian national who was born in 1980 and lives in Yerevan (Armenia).   He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial).   Association for European Integration and Human Rights and Ekimdzhiev v. Bulgaria (no.   62540/00) The applicants are the Association for European Integration and Human Rights, a non-profit-making association founded in March 1998, based in Plovdiv, and Mihail Ekimdzhiev, a Bulgarian national who was born in 1964 and lives in Plovdiv.   They rely on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial within a reasonable time), Article 13 (right to an effective remedy) and Article 8 (right to respect for private and family life and correspondence).   Malechkov v. Bulgaria (no. 57830/00) The applicant, Ivan Stoyanov Malechkov, is a Bulgarian national who was born in 1966 and lives in Aleko Konstantinovo (Bulgaria).   The case concerns Mr Malechkov’s complaint about the unlawfulness of and the conditions of his detention in Pazardzhik Regional Investigation Service and Pazardzhik Prison following his arrest in 1998 on charges of aggravated rape of a minor for which he was later convicted and sentenced to seven years’ imprisonment.   He relies, in particular, on Article 3 (prohibition of inhuman or degrading treatment) and Article 5 (right to liberty and security).   Kaya v. Germany (no. 31753/02) The applicant, Erkan Kaya, is a Turkish national who was born in 1978 and lives in Istanbul.   He relies on Article 8 (right to respect for private and family life).   Broka v. Latvia (no. 70926/01) The applicant, Marina Broka, is a Latvian national who was born in 1937 and lives in Riga (Latvia).   She relies, in particular, on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing within a reasonable time).   Wagner and J.M.W.L. v. Luxembourg (no. 76240/01) The applicants are Jeanne Wagner, a Luxembourg national who was born in 1967, and her adopted daughter J.M., who was born in Peru in 1993. They both live in Luxembourg.   The applicants complain of an infringement of their right to respect for their family life and of discriminatory treatment as a result of the non-recognition in Luxembourg of the Peruvian authorities’ order for the full adoption of J.M. by Ms   Wagner. They rely on Article   6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing) and Articles 8 (right to respect for family life) and 14 (prohibition of discrimination).   Grosu v. Romania (no. 2611/02) Rădulescu v. Romania (no. 31442/02) The applicants, Andrei Grosu and Ştefan Rădulescu, are Romanian nationals who were born in 1946 and 1930 and live in South Windsor (United States) and Bucharest respectively.   They rely, in particular, on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing) and Article 1 of Protocol No.   1 (protection of property).   Shukhardin v. Russia (no. 65734/01) The applicant, Valeriy Vladimirovich Shukhardin, is a Russian national who was born in 1967 and lived in Moscow until his arrest.   He relies, in particular, on Article 5 §§ 1, 3 and 4 (right to liberty and security).   Silih v. Slovenia (no. 71463/01) The applicants, Franja and Ivan Šilih, are Slovenian nationals who were born in 1949 and 1940, respectively. They live in Slovenj Gradec (Slovenia).   The applicants allege that their son died as a result of medical negligence and, in particular, that the inefficiency of the Slovenian judicial system did not establish liability for his death.   They rely, in particular, on Articles 2 (right to life), 6 (right to a fair hearing within a reasonable time) and 13 (right to an effective remedy).   Perez Arias v. Spain (no. 32978/03) The applicant, Amalia Pérez Arias, is a Spanish national who was born in 1937 and lives in Lugo (Spain).   She relies on Articles 6 (right to a fair hearing) and 14 (prohibition of discrimination).   Repetitive cases   Boychenko and Gershkovich v. Russia (no. 62866/00) Sivoldayeva v.
