Italy (application no. 26570/04) The applicant, Pietro Della Vecchia, is an Italian national who was born in 1966 and lives in Nusco.   He relies in particular on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing), Article 8 (right to respect for private and family life) and Article 13 (right to an effective remedy) of the European Convention on Human Rights.   Di Ieso v. Italy (no. 10347/02) The applicant, Giuliano Di Ieso, is an Italian national who was born in 1936 and lives in Santa Maria Capua Vetere (Italy).   He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing), Article 8 (right to respect for private and family life) and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property).   Naranjo Hurtado v. Italy (no. 16508/04) The applicant, Cecilia Maria Naranjo Hurtado, is a Colombian national who was born in 1967 and lives in La Spezia (Italy).   She relies on Article 5 § 4 (right to liberty and security).   Flux v. Moldova (No. 2) (no. 31001/03) The applicant, Flux , is a newspaper based in Chişinău.   The case concerns defamation proceedings in which Victor Stepaniuc complained that Flux had published an article accusing him, in his capacity as leader of the Communist Party parliamentary group, of selling off companies, notably a canned food plant, for personal gain.   It relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing) and Article 10 (freedom of expression).   Lewandowski v. Poland (no. 29437/02) The applicant, Artur Lewandowski, is a Polish national who was born in 1970 and is currently detained in Wołów Detention Centre (Poland).   He relies, in particular, on Article 5 § 3 (right to liberty and security).   Tan v. Turkey (no. 9460/03) The applicant, Erdal Tan, is a Turkish national who was born in 1975. He is currently detained in Sincan prison (Turkey).   He relies on Articles 8 (right to respect for private and family life) and 13 (right to an effective remedy).   Length-of-proceedings cases   In the following cases the applicants complain in particular of the excessive length of (non ‑ criminal) proceedings. They rely on Article 6 (right to a fair hearing within a reasonable time).   Krempa-Czuchryta v. Poland (no. 11184/03 Rafińska v. Poland (no. 13146/02) Wilusz v. Poland (no. 1363/02)     Thursday 5 July 2007   Lukavica v. Croatia (no. 39810/04) The applicant, Ljiljana Lukavica, is a Croatian national who was born in 1962 and lives in Jastrebarsko (Croatia).   She relies, in particular, on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing within a reasonable time) and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property).   Celniku v. Greece (no. 21449/04) The applicants, Mirela and Reimonda Celniku, are Albanian nationals who were born in 1976 and 1974 respectively and live in Athens.   They rely on Article 2 (right to life), Article 13 (right to an effective remedy) and Article 14 (prohibition of discrimination) in conjunction with Article 2.   Lionarakis v. Greece (no. 1131/05) The applicant, Nikitas Lionarakis, is a Greek national who was born in 1950 and lives in Athens.   He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing) and Article 10 (freedom of expression).   Sara Lind Eggertsdóttir v. Iceland (no. 31930/04) The applicant, Sara Lind Eggertsdóttir, is an Icelandic national who was born in 1998 and lives in Reykjavík.   She relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing).   Alikhadzhiyeva v. Russia (no. 68007/01) The applicant, Zura Chiiyevna Alikhadzhiyeva, is a Russian national who was born in 1941 and lives in Shali (Chechnya).   The case concerns Ms Alikhadzhiyeva’s allegation that her son, Ruslan Alikhadzhiyeva, speaker of the Chechen Parliament from 1997 to 1999, disappeared in May 2000 after being arrested in their home and taken away by Russian servicemen. She has had no news of her son since.   She relies on Articles 2 (right to life), 3 (prohibition of inhuman or degrading treatment and lack of effective investigation), 5 (right to liberty and security), 13 (right to an effective remedy), 34 (right of individual petition) and 38 (obligation to furnish necessary facilities for the examination of the case).   Lazarevska v. “the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia” (no. 22931/03) The applicant, Anica Lazarevska, is a Macedonian national who was born in 1969 and lives in Bitola (“the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia”).   She relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing within a reasonable time).   Repetitive cases   Bertossie and Martinelli v. Italy (no. 62155/00) The applicants are all Italian nationals.   They rely in particular on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing within a reasonable time), considering that the amounts awarded to them by appellate courts in respect of non-pecuniary damage following proceedings under the “Pinto Act” were not sufficient to make good the damage caused by the violation of Article 6. Except in the cases of Civitillo , Concetta Parrella and Gregori , the applicants also rely on Article 13 (right to an effective remedy).   Baygayev v. Russia (no. 36398/04) Kumkin and Others v.
