Finland (application no. 22508/02)   The applicants, F. and M., are Finnish nationals who were born in 1953 and 1950, respectively.   They rely in particular on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial within a reasonable time) and § 3 (d) (right to obtain attendance and examination of witnesses) of the European Convention on Human Rights.   Bukta and Others v. Hungary (no. 25691/04) The applicants, Dénesné Bukta, Ferdinánd Laczner and Jánosné Tölgyesi, are Hungarian nationals who were born in 1943, 1945 and 1951, respectively, and live in Budapest.   They rely on Articles 11 (freedom of assembly and association) and 10 (freedom of expression) of the Convention.   Ormanni v. Italy (no. 30278/04) The applicant, Roberto Ormanni, is an Italian national who was born in 1963 and lives in Naples (Italy).   He relies on Article 10 (freedom of expression).   Vitiello v. Italy (no. 6870/03) The applicants, Raffaela Vitiello and Salvatore Vitiello, are Italian nationals who were born in 1952 and 1923 respectively and live in Pompeii (Italy).   They rely on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing) and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property).   Gečas v. Lithuania (no. 418/04) The applicant, Algimantas Gečas, is a Lithuanian national who was born in 1966 and lives in the region of Klaipèda (Lithuania).   He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial within a reasonable time).   Gorea v. Moldova (no. 21984/05) The applicant, Grigore Gorea, is a Moldovan national who was born in 1971 and lives in Chişinău.   He relies on Article 3 (prohibition of inhuman or degrading treatment) and Article 5 § 1 (right to liberty and security) and § 3 (right to be brought promptly before a judge).   Bobek v. Poland (no. 73102/01) The applicant, Jan Kuc, is a Polish national who was born in 1936 and lives in Katowice (Poland). He is currently detained in Racibórz Prison.   He relies on Article 5 § 3 (right to be brought promptly before a judge) and § 4 (right to have lawfulness of detention decided speedily by a court) and Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial within a reasonable time).   Rosińki v. Poland (no. 17373/02) The applicant, Jerzy Rosiński, is a Polish national who was born in 1934 and lives in Warsaw.   He relies on Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property).   Sanocki v. Poland (no. 28949/03) The applicant, Janusz Sanocki, is a Polish national who was born in 1954 and lives in Nysa (Poland).   He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing) and Article 10 (freedom of expression).   Szmajchel v. Poland (no. 21541/03) The applicant, Władysław Szmajchel, is a Polish national who was born in 1946 and is currently in prison in Bydgoszcz (Poland).   He relies on Article 5 § 3 (right to liberty and security).   Jevremović v. Serbia (no. 3150/05) The applicants, Ina Jevremović, and her mother, Ljiljana Jevremović are Serbian nationals who live in Belgrade.   They rely on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing within a reasonable time), Article 8 (right to respect for private and family life), Article 13 (right to an effective remedy) and Article 14 (prohibition of discrimination).   Kučera v. Slovakia (no. 48666/99) The applicant, Pavel Kučera, is a Slovakian national who was born in 1962 and lives in Považská Bystrica (Slovakia).   He relies on Articles 5 (right to liberty and security) and 8 (right to respect for private and family life).   Hanbayat v. Turkey (no. 18378/02) The applicant, Aydın Hanbayat, is a Turkish national who was born in 1962. He died in June 2005.   He relies on Article 5 § 3 (right to be brought promptly before a judge) and Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial within a reasonable time).   Kadayıfçı and Others v. Turkey (nos. 16480/03, 16486/03 and 28128/03) Tozkoparan and Others v. Turkey (no. 29138/03) Yurtöven v. Turkey (no. 21850/03) The eight applicants are all Turkish nationals.   They all rely on Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property). In the case of Kadayıfçı and Others the applicants also rely on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing).   Mehmet and Suna Yiğit v. Turkey (no. 52658/99) The applicants, Mehmet Yiğit and Suna Yiğit, are Turkish nationals who were born in 1970 and 1969 respectively and live in Diyarbakır.   They rely in particular on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing), Article 3 (prohibition of inhuman or degrading treatment), Article 8 (right to respect for private and family life).   Satılmış and Others v. Turkey (nos. 74611/01, 26876/02 and 27628/02) The 42 applicants are all Turkish nationals who live in Istanbul.   They rely in particular on Article 11 (freedom of assembly and association).   Zerey and Others v. Turkey (nos. 33412/02, 30229/02 and 30263/02) The applicants, Ekrem Zerey, Rıfat Demir, Mehmet Garip Özer, Ahmet Şahin, Ahmet Durmaz and Davut Şahin, are Turkish nationals who were born in 1965, 1973, 1967, 1971, 1966 and 1970 respectively. At the time of their application to the Court, Ekrem Zerey was in Mardin Prison and the other applicants were in Diyarbakır Prison (Turkey).   They rely on Article 5 (right to liberty and security).     Repetitive cases   In the following cases the applicants raise complaints which have already been submitted to the Court in previous cases.   Morselli v. Germany (no. 71440/01) The applicant, Karl-Walter Freitag, is a German national who was born in 1954 and lives in Cologne (Germany).   He relies, in particular, on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing).   Kambangu v. Russia (no. 69533/01) The applicant, Nadezhda Korneyevna Kondrashina, was a Russian national who was born in 1934 and lived in Belgorod (Russia).   She relied on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing) and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property).   Rozhkov v.
