Belgium (application no. 31634/03) The applicants, Joseph Denée and Philippe Denée, are Belgian nationals who were born in 1936 and 1961 respectively and live in Flémalle (Belgium). They rely on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing within a reasonable time) of the European Convention on Human Rights.   Papalia v. Italy (no. 60395/00) The applicant, Domenico Papalia, is an Italian national who was born in 1945 and is currently being held in Carinola Prison (Italy). He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing), Article 8 (right to respect for private and family life) and Article 13 (right to an effective remedy).   Just satisfaction Pasculli v. Italy (no. 36818/97) Raffaele Pasculli is an Italian national who was born in 1924 and lives in Foggia (Italy). In a judgment of 17 May 2005 the Court held unanimously that there had been a violation of Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 and considered that the question of just satisfaction was not ready for decision.     Sojka v. Poland (no. 15363/05) Szwec v. Poland (no. 45027/06) The applicants, Paweł Sojka and Mariusz Szwec, are Polish nationals who were born in 1943 and 1965 and live in Krasnystaw and Opole (Poland) respectively. They rely in particular on Article 5 § 3 (right to liberty and security).   Warsiński v. Poland (no. 38007/02) The applicant, Artur Warsiński, is a Polish national who was born in 1976 and lives in Bytów (Poland). He relies on Article 8 (right to respect for correspondence) and Article 34 (right of individual petition).   Volkov v. Russia (no. 64056/00) The applicant, Oleg Konstantinovich Volkov, is a Russian national who was born in 1969 and lived in Irtyshskiy (Russia). He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial).   Özgür and Çamlı v. Turkey (no. 13903/02) The applicants, Yunus Özgür and Mustafa Çamlı, are Turkish nationals who were born in 1975 and 1956 and live in Istanbul and Adana (Turkey) respectively. They rely in particular on Article 3 (prohibition of inhuman or degrading treatment).   Özgür Radyo-Ses Radyo Televizyon Yayın Yapım Ve Tanıtım A.Ş. v. Turkey (no. 11369/03) The applicant, Özgür Radyo-Ses Radyo Televizyon Yayın Yapım Ve Tanıtım A.Ş., is a broadcasting company based in Istanbul (Turkey). It relies on Articles 10 (freedom of expression) and 14 (prohibition of discrimination).     Repetitive cases   The following cases raise issues which have already been submitted to the Court.   Cogut v. Armenia (nos. 11724/04 and 13350/04) The applicants, Nelsida Nikoghosyan and Gvidon Melkonyan, are Armenian nationals who were born in 1976 and 1933 respectively and live in Hnaberd (Armenia). They rely on Article   6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing).   Karmo v. Bulgaria (no. 76965/01) The applicant, Hisham Ibrahim Karmo, is a Syrian national who was born in 1969 and is serving a sentence of life imprisonment in Bulgaria. He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair trial within a reasonable time).   de Franchis v. France (no. 15589/05) The applicants, Andrea de Franchis, an Italian national, and his wife, Marielle Achache, a French national, were born in 1951 and 1959 respectively and live in Paris. They rely on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing) and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property).   Ledru v. France (no. 38615/02) The applicant, Christian Ledru, is a French national who was born in 1945 and lives in Cannes-la-Boca (France).   He relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing).   Maumousseau and Washington v. France (no. 39388/05) The first applicant is Sophie Maumousseau, a French national who was born in 1967 and lives in Les Adrets de l’Estérel (France). She is acting in her own name and on behalf of her daughter Charlotte Washington, the second applicant, a French and American national who was born in 2000 in Newburg (United States). They rely on Articles 6 (right to a fair hearing) and 8 (right to respect for private and family life).   Chair and J.B. v. Germany (no. 69735/01) The applicants are Abdellatif Chair, a Moroccan national who was born in 1962, and, his wife, Mrs J.B. who is a German national. They rely on Article 8 (right to respect for private and family life).   Giannetaki E. & S. Metaforiki Ltd and Giannetakis v.   Greece (no. 29829/05) The applicants are Giannetaki E. & S. Metaforiki Ltd, a company specialising in the international transport of goods, and Evangelos Giannetakis, a Greek national. They rely on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing).   Katrami v. Greece (no. 19331/05) The applicant, Alexandra Katrami, is a Greek national who was born in 1966 and lives in Loutra Edipsou (Greece).   She relies in particular on Article 10 (freedom of expression).   Petropoulou-Tsakiris v. Greece (no. 44803/04) The applicant, Fani-Yannula Petropoulou-Tsakiris, is a Greek national of Roma ethnic origin who lives Nea Zoe, a Roma settlement in Aspropyrgos (Greece).
