That of the judges re-elected in respect of Azerbaijan, San Marino and Slovenia will end in October 2013 [1] .   Judges are elected by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe from lists of three candidates nominated by each State which has ratified the European Convention on Human Rights. Under the present terms of the Convention, judges are elected for six years and can be re-elected.     New judge   Montenegro – Nebojša Vučinić , born in 1953 in Cetinje (Montenegro); Professor at the Podgorica Law Faculty since 1976; Director of the University of Montenegro and the Law Faculty Human Rights Centre since 2000; representative of Serbia and Montenegro on the Steering Committee for Human Rights (CDDH), Council of Europe, from 2004 to 2006.     Re-elected judges   Azerbaijan – Khanlar Hajiyev , Judge at the European Court of Human Rights since May 2003.   San Marino – Antonella Mularoni , Judge at the European Court of Human Rights since November 2001.   Slovenia – Boštjan Zupančič , Judge at the European Court of Human Rights since November 1998.
