He was re-elected yesterday, by the Court’s Judges sitting in plenary session, for a second five-year term, which will begin on 10   November 2010.   Mr Fribergh (Swedish) was born in 1950. He has been Registrar of the Court since 7   November 2005 and had been Deputy Registrar since October 2002.
