Germany , judgment of 11 October 2001, concerning a father’s access to his child born out of wedlock and finding a violation of Article 8 and of Article 8 taken in conjunction with Article 14 of the Convention (see press release no. 722, 11.10.2001).   3.   Sommerfeld v.
