DÉCISION DE LA COUR DE CASSATION, CHAMBRE CRIMINELLE, La société Dacquin logistique a formé un pourvoi contre l'arrêt n° 16 de la cour d'appel de Rennes, 10e chambre, en date du 6 janvier 2020, qui, pour contraventions au code de la route, l'a condamnée à seize amendes de 750 euros chacune.

Un mémoire personnel a été produit.

Sur le rapport de M. Seys, conseiller, et les conclusions de M. Lagauche, avocat général, après débats en l'audience publique du 15 septembre 2020 où étaient présents M. Soulard, président, M. Seys, conseiller rapporteur, M. Bonnal, conseiller de la chambre, et M. Bétron, greffier de chambre,

la chambre criminelle de la Cour de cassation, composée en application de l'article 567-1-1 du code de procédure pénale, des président et conseillers précités, après en avoir délibéré conformément à la loi, a rendu la présente décision.




Vu l'article 567-1-1 du code de procédure pénale :

Après avoir examiné tant la recevabilité du recours que les pièces de procédure, la Cour de cassation constate qu'il n'existe, en l'espèce, aucun moyen de nature à permettre l'admission du pourvoi.

EN CONSÉQUENCE, la Cour :

DÉCLARE le pourvoi NON ADMIS ;

Ainsi décidé par la Cour de cassation, chambre criminelle, et prononcé par le président en son audience publique du trois novembre deux mille vingt.
