Immobiliare Saffi applied to the Commission on 23 September 1993.

THE LAW The applicant complained that the enforcement proceedings had lasted an excessively long time.

On the same date the court ordered the applicant’s bail - with the written obligation not to leave.

She was re-admitted to hospital the same year and this time Dr B. performed a third blepharoplastry as well as more plastic surgery.

In 2004 the Constitutional Court agreed with the applicant’s constitutional complaint in which he had argued, inter alia , that the proceedings had lasted too long.

Consequently, she returned the case on the same day for further investigation.

On 30 July 2003 the Town Court declared the claim inadmissible for the reason that the same case was pending before the court.
