The applicant’s wife died on 14 August 1992. They had no children from the marriage. On 29 May 2000 the applicant applied for widows’ benefits.

Sh. died during the arrest. M., another suspect, was not found. The persons who had commissioned and organised B. Nemtsov’s murder were not identified.

The applicant’s husband, who was a passenger in the truck, later died from burns in hospital.

On 9 May 2013 D died. Before his death, D had signed before a notary public a last will attesting that the applicant was his sole heir.

She died on 5 July 2010. She was represented before the Court by Mr M. Mančev, a lawyer practising in Kavadarci. The Macedonian Government (“the Government”) were represented by their Agent, Mr K.

On 15   June 2000 the applicant’s son died in the hospital.

Instead, in 1963 when the applicant’s husband had died, the family burial plot in Fagersta had been established and he had been buried there, in the town where he had lived for 25 years.

The applicant died in the course of proceedings before the Court.

  The applicant   The case concerns an application brought by a Czech national, Jan Malhous, who was born in 1920 and died on 1 May 1998.

The applicant’s wife died on 27 September 1996. On 25 February 2000 the applicant made a claim for Widow’s Bereavement Tax Allowance (“WBA”) to the Inland Revenue for the years 1996-1998.

Phillipe Allard, had died in the course of the proceedings and that no-one had expressed the wish to continue the procedure on his behalf.

In particular, the individual who had sought his eviction had become the owner of the flat only in December 2007 by inheriting it from the previous owner who had died in 1982.
