A copy was sent to the applicant’s designated address for any comment. No reply was received.

    The Government proposed a friendly settlement which the Registry sent to the applicant.

On 3 May 2019 the Registry sent a letter to the applicant informing him of the above.

    By a letter dated 26 April 2017, sent by registered post, the applicant’s lawyer was notified that the period allowed for submission of his observations had expired on 16 February 2017 and

By another letter of 28 January 2014, sent by registered post, the applicant was again requested to provide the relevant information by 17 February 2014.

In   applications nos. 19092/20 and 2907/25, the prison authorities refused to dispatch letters sent to the applicants by their close family members.
