On 11 May 2015 the Government informed the Court that on 24   March and 6 April 2015 they had learned that Mr Alexandru Clincea, Mr   Ion Cutuca and Mr Dan Dragnea had died.

He died on 31 August 2008, in the course of the proceedings before the Court.

    The Court notes that the applicant died on 10 November 2016, while the case was pending before the Court.
