He died on 9   August 1998.

    On 8 April 2016 the Registry was informed by the Government that the applicant had died on 3 November 2014. They submitted a copy of the applicant’s death certificate. 6.

    On 10 January 2017 the Registry was informed by the Government that the applicant had died on 2 February 2016. They submitted a copy of the applicant’s death certificate.   6.

    On 8 April 2016 the Registry was informed by the Government that the applicant had died on 15 July 2014. They submitted a copy of the applicant’s death certificate. 6.

By letter of 29 July 2016 the applicant’s representative informed the Registry that the applicant had died and that she could not contact her only known heir, which was her niece.

Less than thirty minutes later Mr L. died of hypothermia. The investigating authorities seventeen times refused to open a criminal case into the alleged negligence of the ambulance team.

His requests for provisional residence visa for his nine children and a foster child had been granted and, after his mother had died in December 2009, his brother had been the only person left behind.
