On 14 April 2007 the Government’s Agent informed the Court that the applicant has died. None of the applicant’s relatives has contacted the Court and expressed the wish to pursue the application.

Another applicant, Ms Hedvika Hadrabová, born in 1921, died on 21 August 2004. The second applicant became her legal successor.

The applicant’s wife died on 13 July 1998, leaving two children born in 1980 and 1983.

That decision was based on an autopsy report which concluded that the applicants’ son had died from a heart attack.
