On 7   June 2015 the applicant’s partner died. Following her partner’s death, the applicant applied to the National Institute of Social Security (“INSS”) for a survivor’s pension.

The applicant’s wife died in 1993, aged 42 years. The applicant is the administrator of his wife’s estate.

It remains unknown at what point in time those men died.

    The applicant alleged that her son had died as a result of torture inflicted on him in police custody, and that there had been no effective investigation in this respect. 4.

On 25 July 2009 the applicant’s widow died.

The applicant’s wife died on 25 April 1995, aged 30 years. The applicant is the administrator of his wife’s estate.

    On 13 December 2018 the applicant died. THE LAW AS TO LOCUS STANDI OF Mrs Andriyanova 8.

As a result of these incidents nine detainees died (three of them in Buca prison) and hundreds more were injured.

Mrs Willis died of cancer on 7 June 1996, aged 39 years. The applicant is the administrator of his late wife’s estate.     Mrs Willis was employed as a Local Authority Housing Officer.

  The applicant's husband has since died.        Ayodele and Abayomi left Nigeria and came to join the first applicant in the United Kingdom.

    On 25 June 2015 A.K. died on the premises occupied by his military unit after sustaining injuries to his head in unclear circumstances (see paragraphs 6 and 7 below).

       Tibor de Laczay died on 10 June 1967 and his wife, Irma de Laczay, on 10 December 1967.

The applicant having died in June 2008, Mr   Oleg Mykolayovych Kutsenko, her widower, expressed the wish to pursue the application. 2.

A forensic examination, ordered on 30 October 2001 and terminated on 19 February 2002, concluded that Amkhad Gekhayev had died as a result of abundant loss of blood from a bullet wound to his chest and

The Turkish Government denied that the men had been taken into captivity by Turkish forces and maintained that they had died in action during the conflict.

    The Government requested revision of the judgment of 7 January 2016, which they had been unable to execute because six of the applicants had died before the judgment had been adopted.

His six sheep died on the spot. Mr Düzgün Duran, a shepherd, who was accompanying him, ran towards the village for help.

    The first applicant is a sister of Mr B., who died of AIDS in the Botkin Hospital in St Petersburg on 6 May 2008. 7.

The first applicant, Ms   Olga Prynda, died on 1   February 2010. The second applicant lives in the town of Stryy, Ukraine. 6.
