As the youngest of 3 children the first applicant, hereinafter called "the applicant", inherited a third of her father's fortune when he died in 1948.

The Court observes that the third applicant is the estate of Mrs   Martta   Lönnholz, who died in 1999. This application was lodged on 4   August 2000.

She had died of myocardial infarction, which must have occurred after the second visit of the ambulance.

The other applicants (three of whom have since died and been replaced by their heirs) are or were relatives of the men who disappeared.
