He was born in 1904 and died on 6 February 2000.

The expert established that M. had died “several days before the report was filed”. 18.

The applicant’s mother, who was seriously injured, died on her way to hospital.   40.

The two brothers died later that evening. Mircea Zoltan remained in the house, where he died in the fire. It appears that the police officers present did nothing to stop these attacks.

On 13 March 2007 Mr Paul Ebner, the son and only heir of the seventh   applicant, Mrs Margareta Ebner, informed the Court that the latter had died on 29 January 2004 and expressed his wish to pursue

  The applicant alleged that his brother had died after being tortured by the security forces while in their custody.

He died on 14 January 2005, in the course of the proceedings before the Court.

    On 16 April 2004 the applicants’ son, X, died as a result of a malignant melanoma. Proceedings before the Ljubljana District Court 5.

Six of the applicants died in the course of the proceedings (see attached table).

    On 30 March 2014 the applicant died. On 15 February 2018 his mother, Ms Ludmyla Stryukova, expressed the wish to pursue the proceedings before the Court. 5.

He died as he was being taken to the hospital.     On 12 October 1994 an autopsy was conducted in Diyarbakır.

On 22 June 1997, Mr Benamar died in Morocco.

    While the proceedings were pending before the Court of Cassation, on 18   June 2005 the applicant died. 18.

    His wife died on 27 February 2000 having no children. 6.

    His wife died on 19 March 1997. The couple had two children, born in 1981 and 1984 respectively. 7.     In May 2000 the applicant enquired about widow’s benefits.

    His wife died on 6 May 1997 leaving four children, the last born in 1987. 7.

He died on 14   June 2005. 7.     The facts of the case, as submitted by the applicant, may be summarised as follows. 8.

The other applicants (three of whom have since died and been replaced by their heirs) are or were relatives of the men who disappeared.

  On 13 November 1982, the first applicant's husband died, leaving her to raise three children without any family support within the country.
