Le nombre de pécules modulables d'incitation au départ susceptibles d'être accordés, pour l'année 2014, aux militaires, dans les conditions prévues par l'article 38 de la loi n° 2013-1168 du 18 décembre 2013 relative à la programmation militaire pour les années 2014 à 2019 et portant diverses dispositions concernant la défense et la sécurité nationale et par le décret n° 2013-1308 du 27 décembre 2013 susvisé, est fixé à mille deux cent soixante-cinq (1 265).
