On 12 June 2008 the Constanţa County Court convicted both the applicant and N.Ş. for aggravated theft, aggravated homicide and robbery and sentenced them to life imprisonment.

    No robbery took place on 2 March 1995. By 3 March 1995, however, the police had received further information that the robbery was to take place “somewhere” on 9 March 1995.

    At 9 a.m. criminal proceedings were initiated in respect of the robbery and S., the victim of the robbery, was questioned. She did not identify the applicant and G. as her robbers.

       On 28 October 1992 the Innsbruck Public Prosecutor filed an indictment charging the applicant and S. with aggravated robbery and attempted aggravated robbery.

On 18 June 1996 the Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office, which was supervising the proceedings relating to Mr E.S.A.’s robbery, took charge of the investigation relating to Ms M.V.’s robbery as well.

    The applicant was accused of having committed three acts of robbery with violence in Bacău, on the nights of 30 July, 2 September and 11   September 2014. 6.

The robbers had taken over 6.3 million euros. The suspects were traced, thanks to indications by a witness, with a huge stock of weapons and explosives and a significant sum in cash.

  Four other persons were also convicted of aggravated theft and robbery.

    Criminal proceedings were instituted in connection with the violent robbery of a certain Mr Sh., resulting in his death, and the violent robbery of a certain Ms I. 3.

He stated that it were his friends who proposed to rob and beat the victims and described in detail who did what.
