On 11 March 1999 the applicant requested to be granted legal aid and on 16 March 1999 relevant documents were sent to him.

THE LAW The applicant’s first letter was sent to the Court on 10 May 2001. The applicant returned the completed application form on 23 August 2001.

According to the applicant, afterwards the applicant sent the Savelovskiy District Court several letters asking to inform her about the time of the hearing. She did not get any response.
