Compliance - The proceedings before the Constitutional Court lasted about two years and ten months and two years and nine months respectively.

Saime Örs was arrested the following day. Under police interrogation Saime Örs, Sevim Aktaş and Nevzat Çiftçi made statements admitting membership of the organisation.
