    The first and second applicants, Ms Neima Aden Alleleh and Mr   Rolf   Erik Kristensen, were born in 1983 and 1967 and live in Oslo.

Due to the lapse of time, the second applicant no longer recognised her father when being shown his picture. By being taken away from her mother the child would suffer irretrievable harm.
