The adoptive father died in 1992. In 2004 the applicant sought to have the adoption revoked on the ground that her adoptive daughter, then aged twenty-eight, was behaving badly towards her.

On 2 November 2018 the applicant’s representative informed the Court that the applicant had died on 14 April 2018 and, on 18 December 2018, that his sister, Ms Dokić, wished to pursue the application in

    On 27 March 2018 the Registry was informed by the Government that the applicant had died on 25 June 2017. They submitted a copy of the applicant’s death certificate. 6.

On 9   June 2021 a letter sent by the Registry to the applicant’s attention was returned by the post on the grounds that the letter could not be delivered because the applicant had died.

On 25 June 2022 the applicant’s representative informed the Registry that the applicant had died on 6 April 2018.

On 9 December 2022 the applicant’s representative informed the Registry that the applicant had died and that he is not aware of any applicant’s relatives expressing their wish to pursue proceedings in

In 2010, Ar.Z., who was a witness in one of the criminal proceedings mentioned above, died in unexplained circumstances while in detention.

He died in hospital in October 1999. On the basis of an autopsy report which established the cause of death as liver cirrhosis, the public prosecutor issued a decision of non-prosecution.

On 11 September 2023 the Romanian authorities informed the Court that applicant had died.

By letter of 7   November 2011 the applicant’s wife informed the Registry that the applicant had died on 4   August 2011 and that his application to the Court would not be pursued.

On 14   September 2023 the Government submitted observations informing the Registry that the applicant had died on 7   May 2023.

On 8 February 2017 the applicant in application no. 64650/16 died.

On 26 November 2017 the grandmother died. On 30 March 2018 the Artemivsk Court, located on the territory controlled by the Government, established the fact of her death.

On 7 February 2024 the Government informed the Registry that the applicant had died on 2 January 2021.

On 7   March 2024 the applicant’s representative informed the Registry that the applicant had died. No heir has since expressed an interest in pursuing the case.
