On 16 February 2016 the Government informed the Registry that the applicant died on 2 May 2011.

On 13 June 2014 the Government informed the Registry that the applicant had died on 21 September 2011.

In 2010 X died and these proceedings were continued by the applicants (his daughter and wife) as heirs of the deceased.

The applicant’s partner died on 22   May 2014, without any prior registration of their civil partnership.

By letter of 15 January 2015 the applicant’s lawyer informed the Registry that the applicant had died and that he wished to withdraw her application.

Three days later the applicant’s son died in hospital. The post-mortem report recorded that a bullet had entered through his back and exited by the stomach.
