    The women and children of the applicants’ family were made to stay outside in sub-zero temperatures, and were then allowed to go to a neighbour’s house, but only several hours later.

In particular, according to a specific resolution adopted in 2019, account holders were to receive back their funds if they amounted to less than 100,000 euros (EUR) without any loss of value.
