En l'espèce, l'avis du collège des médecins de l'Office français de l'immigration et de l'intégration émis le 10 juin 2022 et mentionné dans l'arrêté contesté est signé par les docteurs José-Hector Aranda-Grau

(OFII), établi selon le modèle figurant à l'annexe C de l'arrêté du 27 décembre 2016, et revêtu de la signature manuscrite des trois médecins composant ce collège, les docteurs Wagner, Triebsch et Aranda
